I enjoyed the fantastic location, near the ABBA Museum. It was right next door! Public transport options, like the tram, were very close to the hotel. I found the breakfast food to be excellent with a great variety. The staff members were always very friendly. They provided quick, helpful service.

The room I had was a bit noisy at times! Though it didn't bother me too much.

the abba museum is in the same building, providing convenient access. free wifi worked very well throughout my stay. i find receptionist very polite and helpful with all my questions and requests. they speak english very fluently.

my room got quite warm, and i could not adjust the temperature to my personal comfort.
